Collection partner agreement
Pilot draft for review. Guuber is not accepting real service bookings. Final legal entity details and jurisdiction-specific review are required before launch.
DRAFT • Indianapolis pilot • Legal and insurance review required
1. Parties and scope
This draft describes the relationship between the Guuber operating entity, to be identified before launch, and an approved collection business or individual. Partners may choose whether to accept available jobs and may work for others. There is no promise of minimum jobs, earnings, or exclusivity. The label independent contractor does not determine legal worker classification; Guuber must assess its actual operating model under applicable employment, tax, unemployment, and workers' compensation rules before launch.
2. Eligibility and ongoing duties
Provide accurate identity, business, vehicle, registration, permit or applicability documentation, and insurance information. Maintain all authorizations required for the actual waste, route, vehicle, and disposal site. Guuber approval is an operational screening decision, not a government license or insurance endorsement. Report expired, cancelled, or materially changed documents promptly. Access to jobs is suspended while required approvals are missing or expired.
3. Vehicle and equipment
Use an approved pickup, cargo van, or trailer with a secured, covered, rigid, leak-resistant containment system separated from occupants. Passenger-compartment hauling is prohibited. Observe manufacturer load limits and applicable securement and road rules. Carry gloves, high-visibility equipment, and a spill kit. Keep equipment clean and prevent escaping litter or liquids. Insurance must expressly accommodate the actual paid waste-transport activity; personal auto coverage must not be assumed sufficient. Required limits and endorsements must be fixed with an insurance professional before launch.
4. Accepting and performing jobs
Review the load, window, service area, compensation, and disposal requirements before accepting. Once accepted, complete the job as agreed or report an exception promptly. You control lawful routing and methods, subject to the agreed customer outcome and safety requirements. No subcontracting or account sharing without prior approval and equivalent screening. Do not enter homes, force access, remove containers, solicit unapproved cash supplements, or transport excluded waste.
5. Custody and disposal
Photograph the prepared pickup and the cleared collection location without unnecessarily capturing people or private interiors. Secure the load during transport. Deliver directly to a facility authorized to accept that waste and approved for the job. Do not dump, burn, abandon, store, consolidate, or transfer loads through an unapproved location. Submit the facility identity, receipt or scale-ticket number, disposal cost, and supporting image. A submitted record is evidence for review, not automatic certification of lawful disposal. Immediately report spills, injuries, property damage, rejected loads, and suspected prohibited materials.
6. Compensation and costs
Each offered job states the collection compensation and included disposal allowance. The pilot model pays the stated collection compensation plus documented disposal cost up to the agreed allowance after completion review. You initially pay the facility; Guuber reimburses the approved amount. Obtain authorization before incurring excess disposal costs. Fuel, vehicle, equipment, taxes, and other business expenses remain yours unless the job explicitly states otherwise. No unauthorized deductions or penalties are implied. The app shows the transaction ledger and a means to dispute an adjustment. Demo payouts do not transfer money.
7. Taxes, records, and privacy
Provide tax and payout details directly through the designated processor when available. Retain required operational and disposal records. Use customer addresses and instructions only to perform accepted jobs. Do not retain or share customer information for unrelated purposes. Notify Guuber promptly of unauthorized access or disclosure.
8. Claims, insurance, and responsibility
Each party remains responsible for its own legally attributable acts and omissions. Cooperate reasonably with claim investigation and insurers. Any indemnity, limitation of liability, insurance minimum, dispute-resolution provision, and occupational injury arrangement requires counsel and insurance review before launch. This draft does not waive nonwaivable protections or make unsupported coverage promises.
9. Suspension, termination, and disputes
Either party may end future participation. Guuber may restrict access for expired documents, credible safety concerns, fraud, or material breach, with notice and a support-based review process as appropriate. Accepted jobs must be safely resolved; earned undisputed compensation remains payable. Indiana law is proposed subject to mandatory rules. Final classification and dispute provisions require legal review.
10. Electronic agreement
Acceptance records identify your account, agreement version, document hash, and server timestamp. Material amendments require renewed acceptance. Download or print the displayed agreement for your records.
